No fishing? Says who! Some follow rules and try to be good citizens. Others appear to think they are above the law. These cormorants don't give a hoot about rules as they fish for lunch off the North Ski Area dock. Not only that, according to photographer Dave Guthery, the Ski Club had just finished power-washing the dock minutes before this flock took over on December 28.
