Senior Chair Volleyball brings home medals

The Canyon Lake Senior Chair Volleyball Club teams won a medal in all three divisions they entered at the Inland Empire Senior Games, formerly known as the Senior Oldlympics. Family Matters Club to clean parks tomorrow

The Family Matters Club is hosting a Beach/Park Cleanup tomorrow, November 8, from 1 to 4 p.m., with free spaghetti dinner for the volunteers from 5 to 8 p.m. at Holiday Harbor. Woman's Club invites women to annual auction

All women are invited to the next meeting of the Woman's Club on Wednesday, November 19, at 10 a.m. at the Lodge. It is the annual auction, with the theme, “We’re Going To Accessorize.” This will be an auction of new, gently used and vintage handbags, purses and other accessories, as well as baked goods. Save the date for annual Holiday Home Tour

The annual Holiday Home Tour, hosted by the Canyon Lake Woman's Club, will be on Sunday, December 7. Six decorated houses will be included in this year's tour. Tickets are $15 and are 100 percent tax deductible. The tour starts at 11 a.m. from the Canyon Lake Lodge. Cotillion is meeting today, November 7, at the Lodge, with lessons focused on table etiquette in preparation for the annual Christmas Dinner-Dance. Roadrunners enjoy fall trip to Oak Glen

On October 23, 19 rigs of Roadrunners headed to Oak Glen, where "the weather was warm and the mountains were beautiful." According to spokesperson and photographer Leann Kluck, the group enjoyed lots of apples, sauces, pumpkins, great food and Margaritas, and the view of the city below was an evening show in itself.  Activities including playing a new card game, mini golf and other camp games. …
