Photo of the Week

The North Ski Area is a pristine part of the community that offers an atmosphere totally different from that of the Main Lake or East Bay. In addition to a slalom course for water skiers and area popular with wakeboarders, the North Lake offers waters that are usually more quiet and serene than those of the Main Lake; great for fishing and kayaking. The land around the Lake is ideal for hiking and nature walks. It also offers scenic opportunities for photographers. Pat Van Dyke captured the peaceful tranquility of the Lake and dock from the North Causeway. For those wishing to visit this area, a key to the gate, located near Fire Station 60, can be obtained from Member Services.
