While December was a month for stunning sunrises and sunsets, Mike Clary tried something different by getting this night shot of Canyon Lake in repose. Clouds that earlier blazed with the splendor of the setting sun, at night were tinted silver in the moon's softer glow. Christmas lights adorned the hillsides and, no doubt, somewhere in one of those houses, a story was told with the final words, "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night."
