Canyon Lakers are invited to participate in the 3rd annual 'Fit Community' 5K run/walk, 10K run and 1K kids run tomorrow, January 19. starting at 9 a.m. at the Lodge.

With the goal to catch some photos of the pelicans visiting Canyon Lake, photographer Diana Castillo headed to the North Ski Area. No pelicans, but the beauty of the Ski Pavilion in the morning light made for perfect shot. Diana says she used her telephoto lens at 85 mm. and ran the image through HDR software, Lightroom and Photoshop to get to this final image.
